Georgia was born Claire Jackson on the 26th February 1980 [30 years old] in Wigan, Manchester and was the eldest of 2 children while growing up.

Georgia has been best known for her roles in both Coronation Street [Toyah Battersby from 1997 to 2003] and Casualty [Ruth Winters from 2007 to present].

For her role in Coronation Street Georgia won a British Soap Award for Best Dramatic Performance after her protrayal of the rape storyline of her character.
